The CBLFA system has been updated for 2010 offseason. Free Agency is organized into phases. We begin with Restricted Free Agency during which only the RFA players will be listed in the system. However keep in mind that the Unrestricted Free Agent pool includes hundreds more players including top caliber guys like:
The 2010 CBL draft commenced this weekend. The first three picks were Matt Wieters, Tommy Hanson and Andrew McCutchen.
The first round of the draft is untimed. At some point during the 2nd or 3rd round the draft will move to timed slots where owners will have 2 or 3 hours to make their pick.
This offseason the CBL has had GM turnover with four franchises. Two founding franchises have departed and have been replaced with new blood. Chris McMains has relocated and rebranded the Liberty City franchise as the Burlington Drifters. Derrick Hanson claimed the Crescent City franchise as his own and changed the team identity to the Jacksonville Thrillers.
The musical chairs continued for two other franchises (Michigan, Staten Island). Please welcome Neil Thompson and Tim Callan who will be running the Milton Winterhawks and Wellington Royals, respectively.
The CBL Website has been updated to reflect the outcomes of the 2009 season.

The Situational Statistics and Player Pages, while very much my favorite features, have not been updated and will not be unless DMB Version 10 allows me to do so with less manual effort.
